We will prioritize your order!
If you need your orders more quickly, you have the option of shortening the processing time to one working day for an additional charge.
With this option you put yourself at the top of our to-do list.
Your order will be completed, packaged and dispatched the next working day.
We have no control over the DELIVERY TIME and it is usually 2 days within Germany.

Express processing refers to one item. If you have two or more items in your shopping cart, please adjust the number of express processing items to the number of items.

If express processing is not possible, you will of course be refunded the price.

Product safety at TG-kreativ

As the manufacturer of all our products, we guarantee the highest quality and safety. Our wooden decorations and personalized gifts are 100% handmade in our own workshop in Freilassing. We make sure to use pollutant-free and environmentally friendly materials that are carefully processed.

Our security features:

• In-house production: All products are manufactured by us, so we can control every step.
• Tested materials: We only use high-quality, safe materials.
• Careful processing: Each product is individually checked before shipping.

Notes for safe use:

• Our products are primarily intended for decorative purposes.
• Please be careful to keep flammable materials such as wood products away from open flames.
• Some items may contain small parts and are therefore not suitable for children under 3 years.

Candles: Our handmade candles are made from high-quality waxes and are safe to use. Please make sure that you never leave candles burning unattended and keep them away from flammable objects. Always use a heat-resistant surface and keep a safe distance from other objects.
